About the Role :
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in Dayton, OH. This full-time position offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on the lives of students with diverse needs.
Whether working with a split caseload between pre-K and high school students with multiple disabilities or focusing on a K-6 caseload, you'll be instrumental in helping children achieve their communication goals.
What You'll Do :
- Provide direct therapy services to students with speech and language needs.
- Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs).
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student progress.
- Conduct assessments and maintain accurate records of student performance.

Qualifications :
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Current Ohio SLP license or eligibility to obtain one.
- Previous experience in a school setting is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
