A law firm in San Francisco, CA, is seeking a motivated Civil Litigation Attorney with 1-5 years of experience to join their team.

Duties :
- Represent clients in civil litigation proceedings in state and federal courts
- Prepare and draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests
- Conduct legal research and analysis to support litigation strategy
- Attend hearings, depositions, and other court proceedings
- Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients when appropriate
- Collaborate with partners and other attorneys to develop case strategies and tactics
- Maintain communication with clients and provide updates on case developments
- Manage caseload efficiently and effectively meet deadlines
Requirements :
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
- Admission to the California State Bar
- 1-5 years of experience practicing civil litigation
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Demonstrated commitment to client advocacy and professionalism
Education :
Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
