Job Duties
- Develop personalized treatment plans for early learners according to the Thrive Behavior Centers Treatment Model, incorporating measurable goals.
- Analyze client needs using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) science, medical necessity, parental input, evaluations, and behavior assessments.
- Set treatment goals based on clients' current skills, progress, and behaviors hindering learning or posing risks.
- Create skill acquisition goals and Behavior Intervention Plans tailored to clients' core deficits and diagnosis of Autism Spectrum Disorder.
- Design parent training goals emphasizing ABA principles and practical application.
- Utilize assessment tools to evaluate client progress and meet funding requirements.
- Provide ongoing case management tailored to individual client needs.
- Supervise Behavior Technicians to ensure client progress, assess intervention effectiveness, and update protocols.
- Adjust goals and protocols based on client response to interventions.
- Ensure clients are in the least restrictive learning environment possible.
- Provide timely program modifications, progress updates, and insurance reports.
- Deliver direct ABA therapy and assist with clients' physical and personal care needs.
- Train and supervise Behavior Technicians and interns in ABA principles and techniques.
- Assess and ensure competency in therapeutic skills and client engagement.
- Provide parent education and support, addressing concerns with evidence-based information.
- Offer referrals, resources, and effective communication to support families.
- Conduct regular parent training sessions and progress updates.
- Demonstrate fluency in Central Reach Clinical Management Software.
- Align behaviors with Thrive Behavior Centers' mission, values, and ethical codes.
- Manage clinical schedule to optimize outcomes, including billable hour tracking and client progress evaluation.
- Support leadership team by completing assigned tasks and requirements promptly.
- Additional tasks as assigned.

Requirements
- Current BCBA certification and LBA license.
- At least two years’ experience in Applied Behavior Analysis with children with autism early intervention experience strongly preferred.
- Master’s degree in ABA, Special Education, or another related field.
- Current CPR / AED and / or BLS certification
- To qualify, the course taken must be accredited by the American Heart Association and include an in-person skill demonstration.
Any other forms of CPR certification do not meet this requirement.
