Job requirements
Minimum Qualifications :
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1-2 years of call center experience preferred or previous customer service experience
- Working knowledge of computers and ability to navigate through software applications i.e. : Microsoft Outlook, Excel & Word, experience with SuccessWare software is a plus
- Previous experience working with business management software tools is preferred
- Ability to pass a drug test and background check
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to effectively handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Works well with a team
- Being genuine and personable is a must!
Essential Functions and Responsibilities :
- Handling inbound and outbound calls to customers
- Recording important information from customers and booking calls
- Communicating between team members on a daily basis
- Strong commitment to world-class customer service
- Meet and exceed quality and customer satisfaction goals to ensure customer retention and uphold the company brand
- Superior oral / written communication skills and ability to convey information clearly and effectively
- Ability to work well and quickly under pressure
- A knack for effective time management, organization, and prioritizing
- Strong decision-making, change management, and negotiation skills
- Ensures proper, accurate job notes in the system, and in databases used to communicate with customers as well as departments / technicians
- Build solid productive relationships with team members and customers
- Provide timely feedback to management on any issues or needs
