Engineering Project Lead & Release Manager
- As a Project Lead and Release Manager on the Rescue 21 program, you will work closely with a diverse engineering team, the program management office, and our call center and field support representatives to ensure timely and cost-effective completion of all projects and tasks.
- 5 years of Project management experience
- Your primary responsibilities will include proposing, planning, executing, and delivering project deliverables.
- This entails defining objectives, creating schedules, collaborating among stakeholders, and ensuring projects stay within scope, budget, and schedule.
- Additionally, you will monitor project progress, mitigate risks, and uphold quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
Job Requirements Required Skills / Qualifications :
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Science or Engineering or Mathematics.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in Project management.
Preferred Skills / Qualifications :
- Master's Degree.
- Proven organizational and time management skills.
- Proven communication skills.
- Ability to lead a team.
- Ability to motivate a team.
- Ability to resolve conflict and handle some negotiations.

- Fully proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite of tools and Microsoft Project
- Proficient knowledge of various project life cycles, including agile
- Fully proficient ability to communicate issues, impacts, and corrective actions.
- Fully proficient ability to communicate project topics quickly and effectively to a diverse audience.
- Fully proficient ability to clearly report relevant information.
- Ability to understand and apply project leadership principles, including SPI / CPI, Earned Value, Cost Account Management (CAM), and Statistical Process Controls for complex programs.
- Fully proficient ability to anticipate technology, process, and skill needs.
