We are a growing restaurant group in search of a top-notch General Manager.

This position pays above average base salary. So we are looking for an over achiever A GM that wants to grow his / her career to the next ring of the ladder

• Above average base salary and monthly allowance for ins package

General Manager Requirements and Qualifications :

• 3 years (current) as a General Manager
• P&L management, ability to deliver on the bottom line
• Proven ability of managing the bottom line and producing great results
• Working knowledge of labor; hiring, training, and maintaining top-notch teams effectively
• No heavy movers - no more than two jobs in the past five years
• Deep dive into quest service and have the ability to achieve high scores
