About The Position

Job Title : Social Worker

Job Location : Oregon

Length of Assignment : 13 weeks

Start Date : Immediately

Work Schedule : Monday-Friday, 8 hour shifts

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Provide crisis intervention services as part of a two-person response team
• Handle crisis calls, including suicide prevention, psychotic episodes, and high anxiety / stress situations
• Collaborate with community partners, including law enforcement and local hospitals
• Conduct individual sessions with clients and participate in team meetings for crisis prevention
• Work with various programs to identify pre-crisis clients and implement preventive measures
• Provide post-crisis intervention and support
• Meet with residential clients at multiple facilities (distances vary from 0.5 to 22 miles)
• Respond to crisis calls within 20 minutes
• Participate in on-call rotation (7 days on, 7 days off, covering nights and weekends)

Requirements :

• Master's Degree in Social Work or qualification as a QMHP
• At least 2 years of crisis experience
• CPR and Mental Health certifications are a plus (can be provided if needed)
