Work you’ll do

As an SAP HCM Technical Solution Architect on our Human Capital team, you will :

  • Understand customer requirements, evaluate business requirements, design solution extensions, integrate with key applications and services and provide architecture guidance
  • Prioritize workloads to meet deadlines and work objectives and organize and deliver services on a cross-section of complex projects
  • Communicate technical aspects, risks, challenges, and selling points of the solution
  • Recognize and understand corporate strategy and existing business processes
  • Facilitate technical assessment workshops
  • Lead pursuit teams focused on new opportunities and lead major aspects of the proposal development process
  • Develop business, vendor, and senior level client relationships
  • Provide counseling, coaching, leadership, and support for delivery teams and staff

Qualifications

Required :

  • 10 years of consulting or industry experience with SAP HCM in an ECC or S4 / HANA environment managing all aspects of an implementation including : understanding customer requirements, evaluating business requirements, designing solution extensions, integrating with key applications and services, and providing architecture guidance
  • Experience with at least three SAP HCM implementations, roll-outs, or upgrades as a technical solutions architect
  • Knowledge of SAP HCM architecture, S4 / HANA architecture, ABAP and / or SAP Basis
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
  • Ability to travel up to 25-50%, on average, based on the work that you do and the clients and industries / sectors you serve
  • Bachelor's degree
  • The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets;

experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled.

At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.

A reasonable estimate of the current range is $124,000 to $208,000.

You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
