Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) School- based w / Benefits- San Diego, CAArea
Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations of speech, language, and communication skills.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Provide therapy sessions for individual patients and groups.
- Educate patients and their families on effective communication techniques and strategies.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic patient care.
- Engage in continuous professional development to stay current with best practices.
Required Qualifications :
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- State licensure or eligibility for licensure as an SLP.
- CCC-SLP certification is preferred.
- Experience working with a diverse patient population.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Compassionate and patient-focused approach to therapy.
