TRANSPORTATION MANAGER
We are seeking a highly organized andexperienced Transportation Manager to oversee all aspects of ourtransportation operations at Cruise Control Auto Transport.
Theideal candidate will be responsible for managing the transportationteam ensuring timely delivery of vehicles and optimizing routes toimproveefficiency.
Responsibilities :
- Developand implement transportation strategies to meet companyobjectives
- Manage a team of drivers anddispatchers to ensure smooth operations
- Monitorand track vehicle shipments to ensure ontimedelivery
- Optimize routes and schedules toimprove efficiency and reduce costs
- Collaboratewith other departments to coordinate transportationneeds
Qualifications :
- Bachelorsdegree in Logistics Supply Chain Management or relatedfield
- 5 years of experience in transportationmanagement
- Strong leadership and communicationskills
- Proven track record of improvingtransportation operations
- Knowledge of DOTregulations and safety standards
