Product Manager

Key Role :

Manage strategic and business decisions related to product or product group creation, development, positioning, and marketing.

Apply leading-edge principles, theories, and concepts. Contribute to the development of new principles and concepts. Work on unusually complex problems and provide highly innovative solutions.

Operate with substantial latitude for unreviewed action or decision. Mentor or supervise employees in both firm and technical competencies.

Basic Qualifications :

8+ years of experience with product or project management, including leading cross-functional teams

Experience leading the delivery of products or services to Federal clients

Experience performing Scrum Master functions for cross-functional projects

Experience interfacing directly with senior leadership

Experience managing a project schedule

Experience managing risks and issues

Ability to travel up to 20% of the time

Secret clearance

Bachelor's degree

Additional Qualifications :

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Possession of excellent time management skills

Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills

Possession of excellent problem-solving skills

TS / SCI clearance

Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification

Clearance :

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements.

The projected compensation range for this position is $96,600.00 to $220,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
