The role of the Registered Nurse involves providing professional nursing care to assigned patients. This includes assessing patients' needs, developing and documenting nursing care plans, and preparing and administering medications and interventions as necessary.

Additionally, the Registered Nurse is responsible for supervising nursing attendants and ancillary staff in patient care activities.

Qualifications

• New York State RN License
• BSN Degree preferred
• Basic Life Support Training
• Infection Control Training
• Effective English communication skills
• Ability to use basic data entry and retrieval systems
