About The Position
Job Title : IR Tech Job Specialty : Non-Fairfax Job Duration : 13 weeks Shift : Day - 4x10 - 8 AM to 6 PM Guaranteed Hours : 40 hours per week Experience : Must have critical care experience License : Active Virginia state license required Certifications : BLS (must be AHA), ARRT, Vascular Interventional Registry Must-Have : - 1-hour response time for on-call requirements - EPIC EMR experience Job Description : - Rotate on-call duties with core staff;
weekends covered by on-call - Complete all cases in the lab environment - Work schedule generally Monday through Friday, from 7 : 30 AM to 6 : 00 PM - Weekend on-call duties approximately every 4th weekend as primary and every 6th weekend as backup - On-call duties include one weekday night per week - Holiday expectation includes 1 major or 2 minor holidays - Scrubs provided (Maroon) - One week of unit orientation provided This position offers a challenging and dynamic work setting, requiring strong technical skills in interventional radiology, coordination and collaboration with a dedicated healthcare team, and the capability to manage critical care situations effectively.
