The GENERAL MANAGER will identify, develop and gain new business opportunities .The global metals industry and world class production of ferrous and non-ferrous businesses are the primary related arenas for our major business development activities.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business development initiatives .
- Lead sales efforts to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to secure new business opportunities.
- Oversee project management activities to ensure timely delivery and quality outcomes.
- Foster strong customer relationships through effective marketing strategies .
QUALIFICATIONS :
- BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT experience in HEAVY INDUSTRY preferred
- Backgroundin acquisitions, partnerships, mergers , and other business development activities desired.
- Shouldhave strong people skills and experience addressing appropriate financial attributes and liabilities of new business development activities.
- An MBA and / or relevant experience in heavy industry business development should be i ncluded in your qualifications
- You must be PROMOTABLE, willing to pursue additional executive responsibilities related to rapid growth and promotions.
