Radiation Therapist - (Rad Ther)

StartDate : 10 / 24 / 2024 Available Shifts : 8 D Pay Rate : $2180.00 - $2512.00

Radiation Therapist needed asap for 2 weeksM-F 8 am-Current AZ licenseBLS / CPRIf candidate is Xray licensed they can float to the Imaging dept for full time hoursEquipmentVarian HalcyonPhillips CTAriaEclipse1) Flu vaccine is required NO exceptions 2) 100 MILE RADIUS RULE* We will not accept a traveler that has a perm address within 100 miles of our hospital.

3) RTO : No more than 3 days may be requested per 13-week contract 4) Facility may cancel up to 3 shifts per 13-week assignment and guaranteed hours will not apply

Required Qualifications

Current AZ license

BLS / CPR

If candidate is Xray licensed they can float to the Imaging dept for full time hours

1) Flu vaccine is required NO exceptions 2) 100 MILE RADIUS RULE* We will not accept a traveler that has a perm address within 100 miles of our hospital.

3) RTO : No more than 3 days may be requested per 13-week contract
