One of our clients is seeking Case Managers to provide services in the Philadelphia area.
CLIENT'S AVAILABLE HOURS
8 : 30 am- 5 : 00 pm
Multiple client-based quarterly incentives.
SUMMARY OF CLIENT'S DESCRIPTION OF THIS OPPORTUNITY
- Coordinate the performance of initial and ongoing evaluations of the child and family.
- Complete initial and ongoing assessments of the child and family as required.
- Assist families in identifying early intervention services and support identified on their IFSP
- Enter service notes the same day that the activity occurs.
CLIENT'S REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor Degree under Human Services umbrella (psych, social work, sociology, criminal justice, political science.
- 1 year experience working with children
