Food Runner

We are looking for passionate and hospitality-minded professionals to join our front of house team at Osteria Alberico! We are hiring for all Front of House positions including Food Runner.

Osteria Alberico is named after Frasca Hospitality Group’s owner Bobby Stuckey’s wife, Danette and her family. Osteria Alberico is the sister restaurant to Boulder’s Pizzeria Alberico, and the newest addition to Frasca Hospitality Group.

More casual than a ristorante or trattoria, a traditional osteria can often be found in neighborhoods instead of tourist-laden streets.

A space that serves as a catch all for casual meet-ups, family dinners and post-work enjoyment, locals and visitors alike can expect warm, familial hospitality.

As a Food Runner, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have a seamless and enjoyable dining experience. Your primary responsibility is to deliver food orders from the kitchen to the guests promptly and accurately, while maintaining a high level of customer service.

Responsibilities :

• Deliver food orders from the kitchen to guests' tables swiftly and accurately
• Assist servers in clearing tables and resetting them for new guests
• Ensure food is presented in an appealing and orderly manner
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
• Communicate effectively with kitchen and serving staff to ensure smooth operations
• Handle guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism and courtesy
• Assist with other duties as needed to support the restaurant team

Preferred Requirements :

• Prior experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a high-pressure environment
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic

Compensation & Benefit Details

• Whole House Tip Share Model (we share tips among all hourly employees!)
• Estimated hourly wage $18-35 per hour (Hourly Wage $14.42 + Tips)
