We are seeking a Remote Customer Service Agent to join our team in the Hospitality industry. As a Customer Service Agent you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to guests handling inquiries resolving issues and ensuring guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities :
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone email and live chat
- Provide information about products and services
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional manner
- Process orders returns and exchanges
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Qualifications :
- Previous customer service experience in the Hospitality industry preferred
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Strong problemsolving abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
