Family Nurse Practitioner
The Company : Our client is a Maternal-Fetal Medicine practice located in Columbus GA, providing specialized fetal assessments, and consultation for mothers with high-risk pregnancy concerns.
The Position : A Family Nurse Practitioner performs general health and OB assessments on low and high-risk patients and fetuses.
They should also manage maternal-fetal complications according to protocol.
- $100,000 - $130,000 Per Year Depending on Experience

Requirements :
- Master’s degree in nursing MSN required for Nurse Practitioners and Certified Midwives
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as an advanced practitioner in a relevant field required.
- Experience in Maternal Fetal Medicine and or OB clinical nursing preferred.
- Successful completion of an approved Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program.
- Maintains current AIDS certification.
- Must be credentialed with Georgia Medicaid
Responsibilities :
- Monday Friday (8am 5pm)
- Manage maternal-fetal complications according to protocol.
- Provide appropriate prenatal and postpartum education and management for women with low and high-risk pregnancies.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals on high-risk OB patients and function as an essential member of the Perinatology team.
- Work directly with and under the guidance of the Maternal Fetal Medicine Specialist in an outpatient setting.
