What you will do :
PGIM Custom Harvest is looking for a Senior Analyst to focus on Investment Performance. The ideal candidate will partner closely with the portfolio management, trading, operations, and marketing teams of Custom Harvest to deliver timely and accurate investment performance data.
PGIM Custom Harvest , a division of PGIM Investments, is a pioneer in the development of tax-beneficial investment strategies using exchange-traded-funds (ETFs) for clients seeking improved after-tax outcomes.
We provide full exposure to a client-selected benchmark while generating tax alpha through customized separately managed account (SMA) portfolios of ETFs.
PGIM Custom Harvest manages $ 3.5 billion on behalf of a wide range of RIAs and Wealth Managers.
What you can expect :
Perform investment composites process including account inclusions, exclusions, verify, calculation methodologies, and verifications
- Manage GIPS policies and procedures and annual GIPS verification process.
- Collect and analyze investment performance data for use in reports for financial advisors, clients, and management.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of portfolio and benchmark performance results and monitor performance trends.
- Respond to client requests and conduct special projects analyses including portfolio attribution.
- With marketing staff, develop various performance reports for client presentations. Work with stakeholders on performance related and client reporting projects

What you will bring
- Bachelor’s degree required;
- 4-6 years of investment performance and / or investment accounting experience.
- comprehensive knowledge of investment products and performance measurement techniques.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet strict reporting deadlines;
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills;
- Keen attention to detail and excellent time management skills;
- Advanced Excel skills.
What will set you apart :
- Certificate in Investment Performance Measurement (CIPM) holder or candidate
- Experience with Retail Managed Accounts
