Laura Lynn's Home Care is an award-winning, family-owned home care agency based in Oklahoma City. We are currently looking for dedicated, compassionate, and reliable Certified Home Health Aides and Long Term Care Aides to provide in-home care assistance to seniors and individuals with disabilities to maintain their independence by assisting with activities of daily living.
As a CHHA or LTCA with our agency, you will build meaningful relationships while making a positive impact within your own community.
We are currently hiring for part-time and full-time weekday and weekend positions.

Your Role :
- Build meaningful relationships with clients through friendly visits and conversation
- Assist with activities of daily living
- Provide personal care services like bathing, grooming, dressing
- Assist with meal preparation, medication, light housekeeping
- Monitor and document changes in condition
- Accompany clients to medical appointments
- Transport clients for errands and social engagements
- Provide companionship, safety supervision
- Enable clients to remain independent in their homes

Requirements :
- High school diploma or GED
- Must be a CHHA or CNA with a valid certification through the state of Oklahoma
- Must have a valid driver's license, car insurance, and reliable transportation
- Pass state required background check
- CPR certification
- Negative TB test within the last 12 months
- Ability to lift, push, and / or pull a minimum of 50 pounds
- Proven experience in personal care and / or home care
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate and caring demeanor
