Responsibilities Leadership and Supervision : Supervise and mentor a team of Revenue Cycle and Financial Intake Representatives.

Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide training, and offer coaching to ensure the team's success. Process Management : Oversee the revenue cycle process, from client intake to payment collection, ensuring compliance with company policies.

Manage the cash application process, including identifying and correcting errors in billing, rebilling, voids, adjustments, and write-offs.

Collaboration and Communication : Act as the liaison between the Revenue Cycle department and other departments within the organization.

Promote and uphold the organization's culture of customer service excellence by maintaining professional relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.

System and Data Management : Maintain and enhance an effective client billing system. Ensure accurate and up-to-date billing demographics, in line with various contract requirements.

Compliance and Improvement : Contribute to Utilization Review (UR) and Quality Improvement activities as needed. Make recommendations for improving revenue cycle procedures and ensuring compliance with organizational policies.

Confidentiality and Integrity : Safeguard the confidentiality and security of all organizational information, including financial and client data.

Additional Duties : Participate as a team member, attend required meetings, and support other team members as necessary.

Perform other duties as assigned.Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in accounting or business administration preferred OR High School Diploma or equivalent with a minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience in a healthcare organization Minimum of two (2) years of supervisory experience, including hiring, performance evaluations, training, and coaching.

Demonstrated experience in revenue cycle processes, including billing, payment posting, and collection practices. Familiarity with client admissions and discharge systems is preferred.

Advanced computer skills with proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, and Outlook. Experience with automated Accounts Receivable (AR) systems is preferred.

Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of stakeholders.
