Overview

We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join our team, specializing in servicing apartment complexes and high-end boiler systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in residential HVAC and boiler operations, with a commitment to quality service and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Service, diagnose, and repair apartment and high-end boiler systems.

Perform preventive maintenance and emergency repairs on HVAC equipment.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues with heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and boiler components.

Maintain detailed service records and communicate effectively with property management and residents.

Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and industry best practices.

Travel between multiple community locations to provide on-site support.

Qualifications

Current HVAC certification (CFC required) .

Minimum 2 years of apartment / residential HVAC and / or boiler experience.

Proven hands-on ability to service, diagnose, and repair HVAC and boiler systems.

Valid driver’s license and ability to travel between communities (vehicle provided or mileage reimbursed).

Physically capable of lifting and moving 50 lbs regularly .

Preferred Skills

Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and customer service abilities.

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Familiarity with high-end or luxury residential systems is a plus.
