Job Description :

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented PD&E Project Manager to join our team! In this role you will get to serve our best clients in the industry to deliver challenging PD&E projects .

Candidates MUST live within a commutable distance of a Parsons office location within Florida.

What You'll Be Doing :

  • Utilize industry experience and knowledge of client to assist with pursuit strategies
  • Identify key pursuits
  • Lead pursuit efforts (pre-sale, teaming, proposal, interview, presentations, etc.)
  • Scope development / refinement
  • Negotiations
  • Team (internal / external) collaboration and coordination during project delivery
  • Monitoring and mentoring of staff
  • Leading internal / external progress meetings
  • Management of scope, schedule, and budget
  • Identification of opportunities for follow-up work

What Required Skills You'll Bring :

  • Incumbent must possess experience in delivering Major FDOT PD&E projects (new alignment, new interchange, interchange modifications, major capacity, reconstruction and bridge replacement).
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related technical / business field and typically 12+ years of related work experience is required.
  • Proven ability to perform in a management capacity.
  • Excellent writing and oral communications skills.
  • Strong business acumen and proven experience in management of staff resulting in profitable projects and favorable FDOT grades.
  • In-depth knowledge of FDOT PD&E Manual, and associated state and federal guidelines / requirements.
  • Report development skills.

Salary Range :
