Minutesto Seconds is looking for a UX Designer in a Contract role inRemote mode inUS.

Requirements

Werequire UX Design services to develop an intuitive and userfriendlyResearcherPortal.

Workingwith the sponsor to understand the vision and goals of the portalyou will build on the provided business requirements and deliverone or more mockups to demonstrate tostakeholders.

Themockups can be in the form of a web development framework but thedesign is the key deliverable for this engagement as technologyselection will be a subsequentstep.

Essentialcriteria

1. UserCentered DesignProficiency : Candidates must demonstrate a strong ability to createand iterate intuitive and engaging user experiences that meet theneeds and expectations of users all while complying with the WebContent AccessibilityGuidelines.

2. Collaborativeteamwork : Its crucial for candidates to have the ability to workeffectively within a team environment engaging with userresearchers developers a product manager and stakeholders to aligndesign solutions with businessobjectives.

3. Technical andAdaptive Design Proficiency : A deep understanding of design toolsis essential (for example Figma and Miro) along with theflexibility to produce designs at varying fidelity levels tailoredto the specific requirements of the projects context andobjectives.

Desirablecriteria

1. Familiarity with thefundamentals of HTML CSS and JavaScript is advantageous as itenables a more holistic approach to user experience designunderstanding of technical constraints and closer collaborationwith development teams.

2. AgileDevelopment Experience : Familiarity with Agile methodologies isbeneficial fostering a flexible and responsive design approach thatcomplements fastpaced developmentenvironments.

Demonstrated experience implementing secure web based businesssolutions, specifically : experience developing web APIs using AzureAPI Manager and customer facing web portal development using .

NETFramework (including .NET Core) and ASP.NET Experience developingsingle-page web applications using either Angular 7+ or ReactDemonstrated experience in Azure based solution implementation,including : Azure technologies, such as : Azure Logic Apps, Azure SQLand Azure Service Bus and Azure API Manager Azure DevOps and VisualStudio for code development, management, repositories anddeployments (CI / CD) integrating custom built apps with third-partysystems, including Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM
