HIRING IMMEDIATELY! As an Entry Level Outside Sales Representative, you will be trained in all of our products and be able to deliver interactive sales presentations that will teach communication skills, negotiation tactics, strategic planning and problem-solving.

The sky is the limit as the commissions are uncapped!! The Entry Level Outside Sales Representative involves extensive field work in the Chicagoland area, where you will directly be engaging with homeowners to demonstrate the value and quality of our product.

To successfully complete the role of Sales Person at Next Door and Window, he / she must :
- Client Engagement : Provide in-depth consultations in clients’ homes, understanding their needs and recommending products that best fit their requirements.
- Sales and Design Proposals : Skillfully design and propose solutions that integrate our windows and door products, enhancing the aesthetic and functionality of clients' homes.
- Sales Closure : Expertly negotiate and close sales, ensuring all contracts are promptly entered in the company CRM.
- Project Coordination : Work closely with clients from the initial interaction through the completion of their projects, ensuring satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships.
Basic Qualifications
- Motivated and Independent : Ability to work independently in the field, driven by achieving sales goals and client satisfaction.
- Sales Acumen : Keen ability to engage homeowners and use in-home sales techniques and processes.
- Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of engaging effectively with clients and team members.
- Physical Requirements : Ability to lift 50 lbs along with the ability to travel within the Chicagoland area
