HammontonCenter is seeking experienced RNSupervisors to work Monday throughFriday from 11 pm 7 am at our Skilled NursingFacility.

DUTIES :
- Maintains nursing guidelines by writing and updatingpolicies and procedures
- Completes Residentcare requirements by scheduling and assigning nurses andstaff
- Establishes a compassionate environmentby providing support to Residents and families
- Provides information to Residents and health careteam
- Maintains a safe and clean workingenvironment
- Maintains Resident confidence bymonitoring confidential information processing
- Maintains documentation of Resident careservices
- Maintains nursing suppliesinventory
- Maintains a cooperative relationshipamong health care teams
REQUIREMENTS :
- Must hold valid New Jersey RN License
- Long Term Care experience required
- Basic computer skills
- Excellentcommunication skills
