Skilled Nursing Facility -
We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Director of Nursing to join our team. As the Director of Nursing, you will be responsible for overseeing the nursing department of our company and ensuring that all nursing services are delivered with the highest level of quality and care.
Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures that comply with state and federal regulations
- Manage and supervise nursing staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
- Ensure that all nursing services are delivered in a manner that promotes patient safety and satisfaction
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination of patient care
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of nursing services and patient care
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in nursing (Master's degree preferred)
- Current state RN license
- Minimum of 5 years of nursing experience with at least 2 years in a leadership / management role
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Knowledge of state and federal regulations governing nursing services
