Job Overview
Are you ready to elevate your career in the world of Social Work? AltaMed PACE (Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly) is searching for passionate, skilled, and compassionate Social Workers to join our growing PACE centers in Los Angeles.

- Non-clinical role, no therapeutic experience needed
- Collaborative medical environment : Be part of an 11 member interdisciplinary team all under one roof in order to provide the best holistic care to our frail elderly population

Minimum Requirements
1. Master’s Degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited university is required.
2. Prior experience in case management, social advocacy, and / or mental health preferred.
3. Bilingual : Spanish / English, Chinese / English or another second language is strongly preferred.
4. Current BLS certificate is required.
