There is a lot of opportunity for growth for the ideal candidate. As the Operations Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of all departments.

You will work closely with the GM to implement strategies, optimize processes, and manage resources effectively. Your primary responsibility will be to support the GM in leading the company toward achieving its operational goals while maintaining high standards of quality and productivity.

$70,000+ salary (monthly bonus potential)

Responsibilities

• Assist the GM in managing the day-to-day operations across the Operations, Marketing, Sales, and Consulting departments and assure all departments are working cohesively to achieve goals and objectives.
• Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous growth.
• Coordinate and collaborate with department heads to ensure alignment with company goals and objectives.
• Oversee resource allocation, budget management, and staffing needs to support operational requirements.
• Lead and mentor team members, fostering a positive, team oriented, and productive work environment.
• Assist in the development and execution of strategic plans to achieve long-term business objectives.
• Troubleshoot operational issues and implement solutions in a timely manner.

Qualifications

Preferred) Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.

• Proven experience in an operations management role, preferably within a multi-departmental company.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide employees.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively with diverse teams.
• Proficiency in project management and operational software tools.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and changing environment.
Schedule :
• 9am - 6pm
• 9am - 6pm
• Monday through Friday in office
