Responsibilities :
- Provide compassionate care and assistance with daily living activities to seniors in their homes.
- Assist with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Perform light housekeeping duties, meal preparation, and medication reminders.
- Offer companionship and engage clients in meaningful activities.
- Monitor and report changes in client health and behavior to the care manager.
- Follow care plans and ensure clients’ safety and well-being at all times.
Qualifications :
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous caregiving experience preferred but not required.
- Ability to provide compassionate, patient-centered care.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.

Compensation and Benefits :
- Salary range of $18 to $20 per hour, paid biweekly. OT hours are highly likely!
