About the Opportunity :

Compensation Package :
- Guaranteed $325,000 annual salary
- $30,000 signing bonus provided
- Benefit from up to $100,000 in student loan repayment assistance
Schedule Details :
- 100% outpatient practice with no on-call duties or weekend obligations
- Choose between a four- or five-day clinic workweek
- See 2 to 3 patients per hour, emphasizing personalized care
- Collaborate with a compassionate, mission-driven team dedicated to serving a Spanish-speaking community
Practice Setting :
- Join an experienced team of ten Primary Care Physicians and dedicated bilingual support staff
- Collegial work environment with proactive support from the hospital administration
- Various opportunities for growth and future leadership roles
