About The Position
Job Title : Registered Nurse Job Specialty : CVICU Job Duration : 13 weeks Shift : Night 4x12-Hour (19 : 00 - 07 : 30) Guaranteed Hours : Experience : Minimum 1 year CVICU experience required (dedicated CVICU staff experience).
Level 1 Trauma experience preferred. License : Any state RN license acceptable, compact license accepted. Certifications : BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS required.
Must-Have : - Ability to pass an online EKG tele competency assessment before starting the assignment- Experience with A-Lines, vents, drips, sheaths, dialysis, and drawing ABGs- EPIC experience required- Must be able to read and interpret EKG strips Job Description : Open to first-time travelers- Must work every other weekend and holiday- Free gym membership- Targeted patient ratios are 1 : 2- Possibility of a block schedule- Travelers may be the first to float within specialty clusters at the discretion of the healthcare facility.
Floating assignments may include various campuses within a specified distance from the main campus.- Requirement of flu vaccine with medical or religious exemptions only- Ability to work with tele, drips, and vents- Wearing navy blue scrubs required- Request Time Off must be submitted with the initial application;
no additional time off will be added after the offer.- Subject to schedule and time off approval by the manager- References not required
