Job Description
- Supervises day-to-day work of crew and prioritize work at hand.
- Ability to effectively lead a crew on schedule while monitoring quality of work at hand.
- Effectively follow plans / guidelines while conducting regular safety meetings.
- Enforces all client-required safety policies and procedures.
- Complies with all company policies and procedures and safety requirements, including crew member discipline and documentation.
- Manage close out process and warranty responses with project manager
- Attend and participate in weekly meetings, including project and subcontractor meetings

The Successful Applicant
- 5+ years of construction experience as a superintendent
- Previous Federal project experience is a must
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
- Able to manage team of employees and multiple projects
- Ability to walk the job site
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Proficient at Microsoft Office & Outlook
- Ability to travel on a national scale
