JOB SUMMARY 1st shift (M-Th, 7am-5 : 30pm
The test technician position’s primary responsibility is to ensure the functionality and compliance of the end product as produced by EEI and IAW the applicable customer approved test specifications.
The test technician document test results and completes all customer and / or EEI required test records.
DUTIES & ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
The essential job duties are as follows :
- Perform Functional Test IAW Test Procedures
- Set Up Test Equipment IAW Test Specifications
- ESS Test Operation
- Basic Troubleshooting Skills
- Basic Computer Skills
- Basic Test Equipment Knowledge i.e., Multi-meter, Frequency Counter, Power Meter, Etc.
OTHER FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Additional job functions may be requested but not required
- Board Inspection
- Receiving Inspection
- Teamwork
- Participate in Production Improvement Projects
QUALIFICATIONS
Test Technician position requires a minimum of three (3) years’ experience in electrical / electronic assembly environment.
Position requires a minimum of two (2) years’ experience as a test technician.
REQUIRED
- High School Diploma.
- A.S. Degree Electronic Technology Preferred
- IPC-A-610 Certification Preferred
- J-STD-001 Operator Certification Preferred
