JOB DESCRIPTION Leading International and American manufacturing retractable awnings and pergolas company is looking for a Regional Sales Account Managers to strengthen dealers network and further develop existing business.

Territory : Northern California, Oregon, NW Washington Starting Salary : 100,000 plus annual bonus Travel / Office Time : 50 / 50 Supplemental : Monthly Car Allowance, Laptop, Cell Phone RESPONSIBILITIES · Co-create and execute regional sales plans in alignment with company objectives.
- Support dealers with day-to-day operations and long-term business plans. · Evaluate and act on weekly KPI. · Define periodical sales budgets and actions plan to achieve them.
- Collect, analyze, and report market information quarterly. · Support new services and products to enhance customer experience and market needs.
SKILLS / REQUIREMENTS · Proven work experience in similar roles and solid understanding of dealer operations. · Excellent communication skills with strategic mindset.
Familiar with the daily utilization of CRM and similar tools. · Availability to travel 50-75% · Ability to work effectively with multi-disciplinary teams.
