Salary Information : $275,000-$325,000+
Role responsibilities :
Let your skills shine as an Infectious Disease Physician.
With no two patients or days alike, you'll collaborate to provide out-of-the-box, patient-focused strategies. Here are a few of the responsibilities you can expect :
- Diagnose and treat a variety of infectious diseases, from common bacterial and viral infections to rare and complex conditions.
- Develop and implement comprehensive care plans for patients with chronic infectious diseases such as HIV / AIDS and tuberculosis.
- Provide expert consultation to other healthcare providers on the prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of infectious diseases.
- Educate patients and families on disease prevention, treatment options, and health maintenance strategies.
- Participate in infection control and prevention programs, ensuring the highest standards of care and safety.
Qualifications :
What you'll need as an Infectious Disease Physician.
- Graduate from an accredited Medical School.
- Board Certified or Board Eligible Internal Medicine / Infectious Disease Physician.
- Active New York Medical License.
