Job Details

Our organization is seeking a seasoned Sr Director of Global Supply Chain for our expanding Manufacturing and Supply Chain division.

This role is a unique opportunity to play a pivotal part in our company's growth and success. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing our global supply chain strategy, ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of our operations.

This role is critical to our mission of delivering high-quality radiopharmaceuticals to our customers worldwide. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the radiopharmaceutical industry, and a solid understanding of ICH, FDA, and GDP regulations.

Responsibilities :

  • Design, implement, and manage the global supply chain strategy to optimize cost, quality, and customer service.
  • Lead the supply chain team in planning, procurement, manufacturing, logistics, and customer service.
  • Ensure compliance with ICH, FDA, and GDP regulations across all supply chain activities.
  • Develop and implement risk management strategies to mitigate supply chain disruptions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between supply chain and clinical operations.
  • Establish and monitor supply chain metrics to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Oversee the selection, negotiation, and management of supplier contracts and relationships.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in nuclear medicine and radiopharmaceuticals to inform supply chain strategies.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, engineering or related field. An advanced degree is preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in a senior supply chain role within the scientific industry.
  • Proven experience with nuclear medicine and radiopharmaceuticals is a must.
  • Deep understanding of ICH, FDA, and GDP regulations.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop a high-performing team.
  • Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, global environment.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex supply chain strategies to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Proficiency in supply chain software and tools.
