We are seeking an Engineering Technician to join our Miami, FL team! Come join us!

Job responsibilities include but are not limited to :

• Perform construction materials testing / inspection including, but not limited to : Soils sampling and testing, concrete sampling and testing, masonry sampling and testing, asphalt testing, reinforcing steel inspection.
• Candidate must be able to communicate effectively and accurately prepare field reports in accordance with Atlas’s report standards and applicable codes.

Requirements

Minimum Requirements :

• High School Diploma
• 2 years of experience within this field
• Able to understand construction drawings
• Fluent in English (oral / written)

Technical Requirements :

• Basic computer skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
• ACI Concrete Sampling Technician I certification
• Nuclear Soil Density Testing experience

Other miscellaneous qualities :

Additional CTQP certifications in soils, concrete and asphalt are desired / preferred.
