JOB SUMMARY :
Assist with Marketing Team for high standards services to VVIPs from Asia and domestically from North America. Work with other departments and outside vendors for services and reservations for VVVIPs and parties.
Coordinate with other departments for VVIPs special Event requests and arrangements.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS :
- Assist with Marketing Team on any VVVIPs from Asia and North America requests;
- Assist Marketing Team for services needs from VVVIPs;
- Work together with Marketing Team for assisting VVVIPs family needs and requests
- Ensure the high standard of services to VVIPs from Asia and North America;
- Promotes all Vegas properties while interacting with VVVIPs
- Meets attendance guidelines of the job and adheres to regulatory, departmental and company policies.
QUALIFICATIONS :
- Previous sales, customer service or hospitality experience is preferred.
- A proven ability to provide courteous, friendly and efficient service to guests.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills are required.
- Computer experience and knowledge of Windows based programs required. Must can speak, read and write in Mandarin Chinese, Cantonese or Vietnamese will be a plus.
- Must be at least 21 years of age and be able to obtain a Gaming Sheriff’s card.
- Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English. Must have language ability of Mandarin Chinese. Cantonese or Vietnamese will be a PLUS
- Must present a well-groomed appearance.
PHYSICAL, MENTAL AND ENVIRONMENTAL DEMANDS :
Must be able to move in and around the Casino / Hotel areas and other locations. Must be able to stand and walk for long periods.
Must be able to keep aware of the constant changes and enhancements from VVVIPs. Must be able to respond calmly to customer complains.
Must be able to tolerate areas containing second hand smoke. Must have an email account and access to the account on a regular basis.
