As a Senior Staff AI Engineer, you will play a crucial role in the development and creation of AI systems that form the backbone of our client's products.
You will be responsible for developing platforms and solutions that drive positive outcomes for customers, enabling them to live more fulfilling lives through Responsible AI products.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Design, develop, and implement AI platforms and solutions to support the client's family wellness initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand customer needs and translate them into technical requirements.
- Ensure the robustness, scalability, and reliability of AI systems.
- Drive innovation by staying updated with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning technologies.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Contribute to the creation of ethical and responsible AI practices within the organization.
WHO YOU ARE
- Proven experience in AI and machine learning, with a strong track record of developing and deploying AI systems.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
- Experience with AI frameworks and tools such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and creatively.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- A passion for leveraging technology to improve family wellness and quality of life.
