Our client is seeking a highly skilled Project Safety Budget and Compliance Manager to oversee budgeting and financial aspects of safety compliance activities within their project framework.

The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring and managing the safety oversight budget, ensuring that all safety-related expenses align with project allocations, and preparing regular financial reports related to safety compliance.

This role also involves reviewing payment approvals for safety-related services and ensuring that safety protocols are adhered to during project completion.

Key Responsibilities : Track and manage the project’s safety oversight budget, monitoring financial transactions and identifying variances.

Prepare monthly financial and compliance reports, including detailed budget status and expense tracking. Attend monthly budget meetings to discuss spending and review project safety services budget.

Participate in final project inspections to verify substantial completion and ensure all contractual safety obligations are met before the release of final payment.

Qualifications : Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Construction Management, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in budget management or financial oversight within construction or industrial project environments.

Knowledge of construction safety standards and familiarity with regulatory requirements. Strong analytical skills with experience in financial reporting and compliance.

Advanced proficiency in financial software and project management tools, such as Excel, Procore, or SAP.Benefits : Health Insurance Sick Time 401k Pay Range : $43.
