Mk7 People Experience Lead - Security Clearance Required

Description : Mk7 program requires a dynamic, gregarious, self starter to lead, shape and implement the Mk7 people experience across the Denver, Valley Forge, and Florida sites where Mk7 has a staffing presence.

The Staffing enhancements for Mk7 program including the employee onboarding experience, improvement of the work experience from the employee perspective, generation of and implementation of staff improvement activities, individual assignment tracking in our resource allocation tool VEMO.

Liaison for Mk7 program to the Department of Defense and Department of Energy working groups to ensure charts, action items, and meetings are documented, and worked to completion.

Basic Qualifications :

Experience leading a diverse set of people

Experience identifying organization needs and implementing change to address the need

Experience with project management principles to include cost and schedule constraints

Desired Skills :

Hospitality industry experience

MS Office tool suite experience

Strong problem solving, root cause, corrective action, and closure skills

Ability to lead discussions and determine solutions to problems

Experience supporting internal and external customer audits

3+ years of direct project management experience

Active TS / SCI clearance

Ability to Work Remotely : Part-time Remote Telework : The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.

The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.

Work Schedules : Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees.

Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Schedule for this Position : 9x80 every other Friday off

Pay Rate :

The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Maryland, Washington or Washington DC is $61,300 - $117,500.

For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only.

receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.

This position is incentive plan eligible.
