We are expanding and in need of a front office team member for a busy for a busy family practice office in our Greenwood Village office.
Looking for someone with a dynamic personality and experience to join a long standing team.
Qualifications :
- Medical administrative support
- Patient service
- Office experience
- Front desk
- EMR systems-Athena Health is preferred
- HIPAA
- Medical terminology
- Medical records
- Multi-line phone systems
- Urgent Care experience is preferred
Candidates for the Medical Receptionist / Front Desk position should possess a strong background in medical administrative support, patient service, and office experience.
Proficiency in using EMR systems such as Athena is highly desirable. Knowledge of HIPAA regulations, medical terminology, and medical records management is essential.
Experience with multi-line phone systems and working in an urgent care or emergency room setting is preferred. Strong communication skills and the ability to provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment are key qualifications for this role.
