Pay : $66 / Hour
We are seeking a compassionate and experienced travel social worker to support our transplant team. In this role, you will provide support, advocacy and guidance to transplant patients and their families throughout the transplant process.
You will be responsible for completing comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments, participating in Selection Committee and collaborating with the transplant team to ensure coordinated and integrated care delivery.
Experience in transplant or organ donation preferred. Experience at a level 1 Trauma center is preferred. Candidates need to have Bachelors and be eligible for the LSW license to be eligible for this position.
