Summary

Responsibilities
- Manage HR policies, benefits administration, and employee records, including COBRA, FMLA, and leave tracking
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations, including investigations, performance reviews, and discipline
- Coordinate open enrollment, retiree benefits, and prepare reports for benefits payments and invoices
- Participate in labor negotiations, maintain HR databases, and develop training programs.
- Provide customer service, handle clerical tasks, and analyze data for management
Qualifications
- 5+ years of HR experience (certifications are a plus!)
- Knowledge of HRIS systems and Microsoft Office
- Strong communication, public speaking, and analytical skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality, work independently, and manage shifting priorities
