Senior Project Manager Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and oversee commercial and light industrial construction projects ranging from $10M to $40M, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources, ensuring all project goals are met.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and team members, ensuring clear communication and successful project outcomes.
• Oversee project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports, maintaining accuracy and compliance.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks, proactively addressing challenges to keep projects on track.
• Mentor and guide junior project managers, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented team environment.

Senior Project Manager Qualifications :

• 10+ years of experience as a Project Manager in commercial construction, with a strong background in diverse commercial and light industrial projects.
• Proven experience managing projects in the $10M - $40M range.
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage large teams and complex projects.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, scheduling, budgeting, and safety regulations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• A proactive, results-driven mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality outcomes.
