Our client - A local Long Island company is seeking an enthusiastic FP&A Manager
The ideal candidate will be a strong and proven leader. The position will help to create and drive overall fiscal strategy while also maintaining bottom-line performance.
Looking for a strong Finance Manager who has supervised before, or someone looking to take the step into management.
Responsibilities :
- Manage the Finance team to meet the team’s expectations and follow deadlines as assigned.
- Monitor the day-to-day financial operations within the team.
- Oversee credit functions
- Support project analysis, validations of plans, and ad-hoc requests.
- Over-see all cash functions cash projections
- Manage the company’s financial accounting, monitoring, and reporting systems.
- Collaborate with other teams as needed to manage the team’s budget draw-ups.
Requirements :
- At least 6+ years of experience in the Finance / Accounting field
- Strong analytical & strategic thinking skills and MS Office skills
- Bachelor's in Accounting, Finance, and / or Business Administration
