Position Overview : As a Procurement Specialist you will be responsible for overseeing the procurement process to ensure timely and cost-effective acquisition of goods and services.
The ideal Procurement Specialist will collaborate with various departments to support organizational objectives and maintain strong relationships with suppliers.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with company goals as a Procurement Specialist .
- Source and evaluate suppliers, negotiate terms, and manage supplier relationships.
- Process purchase orders and manage inventory to ensure optimal stock levels.
- Monitor market trends and analyze pricing to identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Prepare and present reports on procurement activities and performance.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Procurement Specialist or in a similar role.
- Strong negotiation and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Knowledge of industry regulations and best practices.
