About this team

The Digital Product Management team is a key part of the overall Global Digital, OMNI & Guest Support Team. This team will work to create a uniquely lululemon, truly differentiated and elevated online guest experience for Geography & Channel, working closely with partners in Technology, UX and Operations.

A day in the life : what you'll do

  • Identify and define features / opportunities that improve post-purchase experiences such as enhanced tracking, order confirmation, cancellations, and streamline post-purchase processes and guest communications.
  • Assess the guest (customer) and business impact of post-purchase features.
  • Participate in sizing sessions to estimate the effort required for features like automated order handling or personalized post-purchase communication for small to midsize projects.
  • Use guest feedback and data-driven insights to determine the order of implementation for features that will enhance the post-purchase experience, such as improved order notifications or identify other revenue opportunities.
  • Draft detailed requirements for post-purchase features, ensuring clarity and alignment with business goals.
  • Contribute to the prioritization and sequencing of post-purchase features.
  • Understand the hierarchy of work and work products, and can define Epics & User Stories.
  • Define metrics for their work output within a defined measurement framework and can map these to KPIs / OKRs.
  • Assess performance of work output and identify the need to adjust plans and replan work for small to midsize products or projects.
  • Input into & document cross-functional communications materials.
  • Develop and input into the product roadmap for post-purchase initiatives.
  • Lead agile ceremonies & meetings.

Qualifications

3-5+ years of digital product management experience with an emphasis on delivering guest-facing applications or customer service applications.

Up to 2 years of relevant experience will be considered in lieu of product management experience.

  • Minimum BA / BS degree from a four-year accredited university (advanced degree preferred).
  • Experience with digital technologies and post-purchase processes.
  • Preference for candidates who have experience working on products with end users outside North America, on an Agile Scrum team.
  • Strong core consulting skills (demonstrated track record of quality delivery, interpersonal and cross-functional relationship skills).
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and delivering executive-level presentations.
  • Ability to drive results independently but thrives in collaborative environments.
  • Has a deep desire to learn and improve by seeking, accepting, and acting on productive feedback.
  • Desire and ability to learn quickly and work in an agile environment.
  • Demonstrated leadership; mentorship, visionary, clarity of purpose, motivated, relentless execution.
  • Experience leading product teams with a diverse range of skill sets, locations, and direct and indirect reporting relationships.

Compensation and Benefits Package

lululemon's compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance.

The typical hiring range for this position is from $117,500-$154,200 USD annually ; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity.

As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program subject to program eligibility requirements.
